We are looking for a friendly, professional, and responsible Front Office Staff to join our hospitality team.
Qualifications:
- Male or Female
- Minimum education: High School / Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Hospitality or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience as Front Office / Receptionist (Fresh graduates are welcome)
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Familiar with PMS and hotel operational procedures
- Computer literate (MS Office, email, online platform)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed with positive attitude
- Able to work in shifts, on weekends, and public holidays
