We’re looking for a friendly and professional Front Office Team to join KidzCafe 💛

Qualifications:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) is preferred
* Friendly, patient, and loves interacting with children
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office (basic level)
* Able to communicate in English (both written & spoken)
* Responsible, detail-oriented, and well-organized
* Able to work in a team and handle a dynamic environment
* Willing to work in shifts, including weekends & public holidays
* Experience in hospitality, front office, or customer service is an advantage
Job Responsibilities:
* Welcome and greet customers (children & parents) in a friendly and professional manner
* Handle walk-in guests, reservations, and inquiries (WhatsApp, phone, and direct)
* Manage cashier duties and daily transactions accurately
* Provide clear information about KidzCafe services, programs, and promotions
* Ensure the front area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
* Coordinate with teachers and restaurant staff for smooth daily operations
* Monitor guest flow and maintain a safe, comfortable environment for children
* Support event registrations, birthday bookings, and special activities
* Maintain daily reports (attendance, bookings, sales if needed)
