We are currently looking for a Front Office team member who is warm, professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality and service excellence to join our spa operations team.

As the Front Office team member, you will become the first impression of Sang Spa and represent the hospitality values of Eling Group. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations and transactions, ensuring smooth reception operations, and creating a calm, professional, and mindful guest experience from arrival to departure.

Your mission: to create a welcoming and seamless spa experience while embodying ELING values in every guest interaction.
