The Island Sports Club is looking for a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Front Office Staff to join our growing team.
About Us
The Island Sports Club is Bali’s premier destination for padel, fitness, wellness, and community lifestyle experiences. Operating across several beautiful locations including Cemagi, Berawa, Uluwatu, and Gili T, we aim to create a welcoming environment where members and guests can connect through sports, wellness, and social activities.
Qualifications
- Male/Female, maximum 30 years old
- Minimum graduate from Vocational High School or Diploma
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Disciplined, responsible, and well-organized
- Able to join immediately
- Positive attitude, service-oriented, and passionate about hospitality
- Willing to be placed at the Cemagi branch
- Must be based in Bali

Key Responsibilities
As a Front Office Staff member, you will become the first point of contact for our members and guests.
- Welcome and assist members and guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle check-ins, bookings, and customer inquiries
- Provide information about club facilities, services, and events
- Manage phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and reservations
- Ensure the reception and front office area remain clean and organized
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist in maintaining excellent customer satisfaction and guest experience
