As we continue to grow and expand our offerings, we are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The Customer Service Representative, also known as Front Office Teller, will be responsible for greeting guests upon arrival, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, and providing information about hotel services and local attractions. This position requires strong communication skills to address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. The ideal manage front desk operations efficiently, and contribute to a positive guest experience. Additional responsibilities include handling phone calls, managing reservations, and maintaining accurate records of guest interactions.

Candidates for this position must have completed SMA/SMK education and possess between 1 and 3 years of relevant experience in a customer service or hospitality environment. Strong skills in customer service, problem-solving, and communication are essential.
