As the Front Office Supervisor, you will be the heartbeat of our daily operations. You will oversee the Front Desk team, ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes, and act as the primary point of contact for guest requests and escalations. Your goal is to inspire your team to deliver flawless service while maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and train Front Office staff (receptionists, bellhops, and concierges) to ensure compliance with 5-star service standards.
• Guest Relations: Welcome VIP guests, handle complex guest inquiries, and resolve complaints swiftly and gracefully with a Balinese touch of hospitality.
• Operations Management: Oversee daily shift handovers, room assignments, billing accuracy, and guest registration processes.
• Inter-departmental Coordination: Work closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, and Security to ensure villas are pristine and ready prior to guest arrival.
• Reporting: Assist the Operation Manager with scheduling, inventory management, and analysing guest feedback
Qualifications & Requirements
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within a luxury resort, boutique hotel, or premium villa complex in Bali.
• Education: Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
• Language Skills: Excellent command of spoken and written English and Indonesian. Fluency in an additional foreign language is a major plus.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in Property Management Systems (PMS)
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, brilliant problem-solving abilities, outstanding communication skills, and a grooming standard that reflects luxury hospitality.
• Local Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Bali’s top tourist destinations, cultural nuances, transport networks, and local insights to guide guests.
