Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily front office operations and ensure excellent customer service
- Manage court bookings, membership inquiries, payments, and guest handling
- Lead, schedule, and monitor Front Office staff performance
- Handle customer complaints and operational issues professionally
- Ensure smooth coordination between Front Office, Operations, and Coaching teams
- Maintain cleanliness, service quality, and overall guest experience
- Prepare daily and monthly operational reports
- Support club events, tournaments, and community activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Front Office, Operations, or Customer Service
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Experience in sports, hospitality, fitness, or lifestyle industry is preferred
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and booking/POS systems is a plus
- Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays
