About the Role
The Front Office Specialist is the face of Ace Padel Club, the first person members and guests interact with, and the one who sets the tone for their entire experience.
This is a role for someone who is sharp, proactive, and takes ownership. You will handle bookings, scheduling, merchandise, and daily operations with accuracy and speed, while making every guest feel genuinely welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist members and guests, providing information and guidance on club facilities and programs
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and with a solutions-first mindset
- Follow up on bookings and monthly confirmations to ensure accuracy
- Manage and block court schedules for coaching sessions and activities in Ayo Venue Management (AVM)
- Conduct daily stock opname for club merchandise
- Update and maintain weekly coaching spreadsheets
- Support administrative tasks related to bookings, payments, and reporting
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a seamless member experience at all times
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in hotel front office, admin, or customer service is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solutions-oriented — able to handle complaints calmly and resolve them quickly without escalating unnecessarily
- Service-driven, proactive, and attentive to guest needs
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, booking systems, and digital tools
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative without being asked
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends
- Passionate about sports and active lifestyle is a plus
