Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase bookings, memberships, and partnerships
- Identify and approach potential clients, communities, and corporate partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Promote club programs, events, tournaments, and membership packages
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for promotional activities
- Prepare sales reports and monitor market trends
- Handle inquiries and provide excellent customer experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, FO, Business Development, or Partnership
- Experience in sports, hospitality, fitness, or lifestyle industry is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Target-oriented, proactive, and highly motivated
- Good networking and relationship-building abilities
- Passionate about sports and customer engagement
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiar with social media and digital communication platforms is a plus
