Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and supervise the daily operations of the Front Office, Guest Relations, and Concierge departments.
- Ensure high standards of guest service quality and handle guest feedback or complaints professionally
- Manage yield management strategies, occupancy rates, and room reservation workflows.
- Develop work schedules, conduct team training, and evaluate Front Office staff performance.
Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in the same position within a starred hotel environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written); proficiency in other foreign languages is an advantage.
- Proficient in operating Property Management Systems (PMS).
