About the role: Bali Holiday Properties manages a luxury villa collection of 16 villas in Canggu (11 one-bedroom, 4 two-bedroom, 1 three-bedroom) for international high-end clientele. We are looking for an experienced Front Office Manager to lead our reception and concierge team, ensuring 5-star standards in every guest interaction.
Key responsibilities:
• Full management of the front office (24/7 reception with 2 workstations)
• Supervision of 4 receptionists + 2 guest relations
• 5-star check-in/check-out SOPs
• VIP management, complaint resolution, escalation handling
• Coordination with housekeeping, butler service, maintenance
• Daily reporting to direction
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years front office experience in 5-star hotel/villa
• Fluent English (spoken and written); Italian is a plus
• PMS experience (Lodgify preferred; Opera/Cloudbeds accepted)
• Proven leadership of teams of 5+ people
• Immediate availability
