Job Description
• Prepare and manage staff schedules.
• Handle petty cash administration.
• Manage Banjar letters for wedding events at BL.
• Design and update menus.
• Coordinate floating pool orders for BL.
• Check minibar inventory regularly.
• Order and restock minibar supplies.
• Finalize guest folios and additional charges for service charge calculation.
• Handle guest check-in and check-out processes.
• Send daily WhatsApp reminders regarding daily events at BL.
• Order marigold flowers for the front stairs.
• Coordinate pool float orders for BL.
• Ensure smooth daily Front Office operations and maintain excellent guest service.
Qualifications
• Previous experience in Front Office, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good administrative and organizational skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and customer service focused.
• Willing to be based in Bali.
Benefits
• Salary: IDR 4,000,000 – 4,500,000 per month (based on experience).
• Meal allowance: IDR 30,000 per working day.
• Monthly service charge (approximately IDR 1.3–2.5 million).
• 3-month probation period.
• BPJS after probation.
• Employment contract after successful probation.
