WE ARE HIRING – FRONT OFFICE
Mission Flow Studio | Canggu, Bali
We are looking for a Front Office professional who is friendly, organized, confident, and comfortable working in a fast-paced yoga & wellness studio.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome and assist members, guests, and yoga students
- Handle studio booking, class registration, membership, and payment
- Operate POS / booking / office systems
- Handle daily administrative and front office tasks
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and other communication channels
- Provide excellent hospitality and customer service
- Coordinate with yoga teachers and studio team
- Maintain accurate records and daily reports
- Support smooth day-to-day studio operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in Front Office, Hospitality, Customer Service, Yoga/Wellness Studio, Hotel, or similar
- Good English communication skills – written and spoken
- Comfortable using computer, Google Workspace, Excel/Google Sheets, POS, and booking systems
- Good administrative and organizational skills
- Friendly, professional, proactive, and service-oriented
- Able to communicate confidently with local and international guests
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in Bali hospitality or wellness industry is a plus
