Argil is a new, premium coworking space in Pererenan, designed for productive, long-hour workday. We’re almost 1 month old, and looking to expand our Front Office team.

This role is suitable for people with a knack for community building, while also being on top of administrative duties that come with a Front Office job.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers enquiring about memberships
• Assist members with operational information and workspace support
• Support member onboarding and registration process
• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the coworking space
• Maintain a calm, professional, and attentive presence

Qualification

• Conversational English is a must
• Friendly, team-player attitude
• Proactive approach in delivering work
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Customer service background is highly desirable
