Deskripsi pekerjaan Front Office Admin Renaissance Cosmetic Clinics
Core Daily Responsibilities :
- Visitor Management: Greeting clients, managing sign-ins, and recieving payments.
- Communications: Answering incoming telephone calls, managing general email inboxes, and maintain clients relation for updates and arrange follow-up consults and future treatments.
- Mail Logistics: Sorting and distributing incoming letters, managing couriers, and preparing outgoing mail.
- Scheduling: Coordinating bookings, managing calendars, and organizing appointments.
- Office Maintenance: Keeping the reception area tidy, monitoring inventory, and ordering clinics consumables.
- Admin Support: Assisting accounting with sales data entry, scanning files, invoicing, or basic document formatting.
Qualification :
- Preferable hospitality graduate background.
- Fluent English speaking and writing.
- Good interpersonal skill and can work as a team.
