Key Responsibilities :
- Warmly welcome and escort guests with professionalism and grace
- Provide clear and courteous information regarding seating and services
- Ensure a seamless and pleasant guest experience at all times
- Maintain a polished appearance and uphold premium service standards
- Collaborate closely with the service team to ensure smooth operations
Requirements :
- Female, maximum 27 years old
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA or equivalent)
- Well-groomed, attractive, and presentable with an elegant demeanor
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a must
- Basic knowledge of Mandarin or Chinese culture is highly preferred
- Minimum height of 165 cm with proportional appearance is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience as an usher, hostess, or frontliner in hospitality is an advantage
