As Front of House Manager, you will report to the Club General Manager and be responsible for leading the Customer Service team, ensuring smooth club operations, excellent member service, and the achievement of operational and revenue targets.

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Operational Manager in the sports or fitness industry.
Experience in membership retention and member engagement.
Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.

Computer literate (Microsoft Office and related applications).
