As a Front-End Developer at MadeIndonesia, you will play a key role in designing and implementing engaging, responsive user interfaces for our diverse projects. Working closely with our design and development teams, you’ll help bring visually stunning designs to life, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end functionalities.
Job description
- Develop and implement responsive, interactive user interfaces using JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and CSS preprocessors.
- Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to ensure seamless integration and optimal functionality.
- Build and optimize web applications using React, Webpack, PHP, and WordPress.
- Convert HTML templates into WordPress themes, ensuring high performance and compatibility.
- Create custom jQuery, JavaScript, and CSS plugins as needed.
- Utilize testing tools to ensure quality assurance and oversee appropriate project deployment.
- Follow agile methodologies and actively participate in agile ceremonies.
- Use Git and GitHub for version control, collaborating effectively with team members.
- Stay updated with the latest front-end development trends, techniques, and tools.
- Provide valuable input on UI/UX design improvements and enhancements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Front-End Developer.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and CSS preprocessors (e.g., SASS).
- Hands-on experience with React, Webpack, PHP, and WordPress.
- Ability to create and customize WordPress themes and plugins.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- Proficient in Git and GitHub for version control.
- Familiarity with testing tools and an understanding of deployment processes.
- UI/UX design skills are an advantage.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., TeamGantt, Trello, Jira).
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work on-site (WFO) in Sleman, Yogyakarta.
