Front Desk Supervisor

PT Bangun Eksotis Nugraha is a dynamic and growing hospitality company that operates Amayi Resort Nusa Dua, a newly launched resort located in the vibrant area of Sawangan, Nusa Dua, Badung, Bali. As a premier destination for both local and international guests, the resort prides itself on delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a Hotel Receptionist and Front Desk Supervisor. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency that define our brand. The Hotel Receptionist and Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, and providing exceptional customer service to guests. This role involves overseeing the reception team, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining accurate records of guest information and reservations. The individual will also be responsible for handling guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and contributing to the overall positive experience of visitors to Amayi Resort Nusa Dua. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure are essential for success in this position.

Candidates must have an Associate Degree or equivalent education and between 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Proficiency in customer service, customer relations, teamwork, and English language is required. Experience with hotel reservations, Microsoft Office, hotel reception procedures, and team management will be highly advantageous.
