About Us
Our family has been in the property business for more than 30 years. Tedu Hotel Echo Beach is our first boutique hotel project, and we have chosen to manage it ourselves to create a unique guest experience. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced who will work closely with the owners to ensure the hotel operates efficiently while maintaining exceptional hospitality standards.
* Ensure a seamless guest experience from reservation, check-in, stay, to check-out.
* Handle guest inquiries, requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
* Monitor room availability, reservations, and room allocations to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction.
* Supervise OTA extranets, reservation systems, and ensure rate and inventory accuracy.
* Coordinate with all relevant department to ensure rooms are ready, hotel facilities, equipment, and guest areas are well maintained to the standard.
* Prepare and receive daily operational reports, occupancy reports, and guest feedback reports.
* Assist in implementing strategies to improve guest satisfaction and hotel performance.
Requirements
* Minimum 1 years of experience in hotel operations, Front Office management, or other role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong understanding of operations and overall hotel procedures.
* Proven skills with the ability to supervise and coordinate multiple departments.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Guest-oriented with a professional and positive attitude.
* Familiar with OTA platforms and Property Management Systems (PMS).
* Basic understanding of hotel financial reports, budgeting, and cost control.
* Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
* Willing to work six days per week and respond to operational needs when required.
* Available to start by the early August 2026.
