Receptionist
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests. The role is responsible for managing bookings, welcoming customers, handling inquiries and payments, and supporting smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, good attention to detail, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality and sports environment.
Requirements:
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Good English is preferred
- Friendly, energetic, and presentable
- Able to work in a team
- Basic computer skills
- Previous experience is a plus
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers
- Handle bookings and inquiries
- Manage payments and daily reception tasks
- Provide excellent customer service
- Support daily operations
