The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for greeting guests upon arrival, checking them in and out, and ensuring their needs are met throughout their stay. This role involves managing guest inquiries, handling reservations, and maintaining accurate records of guest information. The Front Desk Receptionist will also assist with coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and provide support during peak hours. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential to creating a positive first impression for every guest.
Candidates must have completed SMA/SMK education and possess between 1 and 3 years of relevant experience in a hospitality or front desk environment. Proficiency in problem-solving, Microsoft Office, and hotel reception operations is required.
