Qualifications
- Based in Bali (near our facility at Tanah Lot is a plus)
- Minimum 1-year experience in related field
- Min. SMA/SMK in related major
- Fluent in English
- Has good communication, customer service skills and administration skills
- Detail-oriented, fast learner, teamwork-oriented, and disciplined
- Be able to work with Google Workspace
- Know how to handle payment (cash, EDC etc)
- Good looking and love sports (is a plus)
- Availability to move around the facilities and relocate to other facilities
- Willing to do 2 weeks training at Liga.Tennis Sanur/Nusa Dua
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm greetings and professional front-desk service for all clients. Ensure the reception area has a person in charge (cannot be empty / no one in the reception area).
- Mastering the company's product knowledge and ensuring the up-to-date information about the promotions, events, and any related information.
- Answers phones, replies to whatsapp messages, provides information about the facility’s activities, classes and lessons schedules, rentals and amenities (if any).
- Manages bookings for courts, classes, and other facility spaces, and handles cancellations according to Liga.Tennis’ policies.
- Provides facility tours to prospective clients (will be based on the situation in the facility) and may assist with the sale of Liga.Tennis’ products and programs.
- Ensures the reception and entry areas are clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- Promotes package sales, personal training package (if any), and other high-value services to enhance the clients experience and drive revenue.
- Processes new packages, renewals, payments, and point-of-sale transactions for pro shop items.
- Processes payments accurately, prepares daily reports, monitors cash handling (if any), monitors EDC handling and payment reconciliations, investigating and reporting any discrepancies, updating clients issues and feedbacks and coordinates with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Distributes equipment rentals, manages lost and found items, and coordinates with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Addresses clients concerns and issues promptly and professionally, escalating complex matters to the supervisor or head of reception when necessary.
