The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for greeting guests upon arrival, checking them into their rooms, and assisting with any inquiries or requests. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling phone calls, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining accurate records. The position also includes supporting conference and restaurant reception needs, ensuring smooth communication between guests and staff. A key part of the job is to provide excellent customer engagement and problem-solving skills to address guest concerns promptly and effectively.
Candidates must have completed SMA/SMK education and possess strong communication skills. Proficiency in Reception Consultation, Problem Solving, Scheduling, Customer Engagement, Conference Reception, and Restaurant Reception is required.
