As the Front Desk Receptionist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a warm and professional first impression at our facility located at Bandar Udara Internasional Sultan Hasanuddin, Jalan Raya Airport 1, Baji Mangngai Kel., Mandai, Maros, 90552, Indonesia. Your key responsibilities will include managing conference and hotel reception duties, handling restaurant reception inquiries, and providing comprehensive customer engagement through effective consultation. You will be tasked with scheduling appointments, solving problems efficiently, coordinating with team members to ensure seamless operations, and utilizing Microsoft Office tools to maintain accurate records and support daily administrative functions.

We welcome candidates who hold an Associate Degree and possess between one and three years of relevant experience in a similar role. To thrive in this position, you should demonstrate strong skills in customer service, reception consultation, problem solving, scheduling, teamwork, and customer engagement. Familiarity with Microsoft Office is essential, along with practical experience in conference reception, hotel reception, and restaurant reception environments.
