Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years experience in Front Office / Guest Services
* English fluently (verbal & written)
* One more language is preferable
* Comfortable using hotel computer systems & VHP
* Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills
* Good looking, neat, and professional appearance
* Strong attention to detail and high service standards
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Flexible with shifts, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome guests with warm hospitality
* Handle check-in / check-out procedures efficiently
* Manage guest inquiries (phone, email, walk-in) with professionalism
* Maintain accurate reservation and billing records
* Provide concierge information and guest assistance
* Coordinate with housekeeping, reservations, and other departments
* Resolve guest concerns quickly and courteously
