Job Summary
We are seeking a warm, professional, and service-oriented SPA Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for hospitality. As a SPA Receptionist, you will manage reservations, welcome guests, and ensure smooth daily operations of the spa reception area.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide information about spa services and promotions.
- Manage reservations, scheduling, and guest inquiries efficiently.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures with accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Process payments and manage billing records.
- Coordinate with therapists and other team members to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Promote spa services and products to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with hospitality and safety standards.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Receptionist in hospitality, spa, or wellness industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of booking systems and basic computer skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
