Receptionist / Salon Assistant

We’re looking for someone who is warm, confident, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
This role is more than reception. You’ll become an important part of our salon journey by learning every treatment step, allowing you to confidently guide guests and support the team whenever needed.
Your Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with genuine hospitality.
- Manage appointments and salon bookings.
- Handle calls, WhatsApp, and guest enquiries professionally.
- Learn all hair treatment processes and salon services.
- Assist with hair washing and support stylists when required.
- Recommend suitable treatments and retail products with confidence.
- Maintain stock inventory and assist with stock control.
- Keep the reception and salon areas organised and presentable.
- Work closely with the team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Speaks good English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Is well-presented with excellent personal grooming.
- Has a passion for fashion, beauty, and hospitality.
- Has experience using booking or POS systems (or is willing to learn quickly).
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment.
- Has strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Is proactive, positive, and eager to learn.
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
