Front Office Staff for THE SOKO (Pecatu)
What you'll be doing:
Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner
Assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures
Responding to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner
Maintaining a thorough knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
Handling guest complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism
Ensuring the front desk area and lobby are well-presented and organised
Collaborating with other departments to provide a seamless guest experience
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Flexible and adaptable to handle the demands of a dynamic work environment
A passion for delivering exceptional guest service
