Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and assist clients, guests, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage front desk operations, including phone calls, emails, and visitor registration.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and guest arrangements.
• Handle incoming and outgoing documents, correspondence, and deliveries.
• Support administrative and office operational activities.
• Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of reception and meeting areas.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive visitor experience.
Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office, Guest Relations, Customer Service, or similar role.
• Professional appearance with excellent grooming standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a positive and service-minded attitude.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic administrative tasks.
• English proficiency is preferred.
• Experience in hospitality, banking, airlines, luxury retail, or other service-oriented industries will be an advantage.
