Be the first face of Dewata Padel — welcoming guests, managing bookings, handling cashier duties, and creating a great experience for every customer.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
* Manage bookings, open matches & schedules via Playtomic
* Handle cashier & POS transactions accurately every shift
* Sell and recommend Pro Shop products
* Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
* Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the lobby & reception area
* Support daily venue operations and provide excellent customer service
REQUIREMENTS
* Friendly, communicative & customer-oriented
* Able to communicate in English
* Good understanding of Playtomic
* Have a basic understanding of Padel
* Able to play Padel is a plus
* Honest, responsible, disciplined & detail-oriented
* Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team
* Willing to work in shifts, weekends & public holidays
* **Must currently stay in Bali, preferably Jimbaran and surrounding areas
* Previous experience in hospitality, Front Office, Customer Service, or Sports Club is a plus
