Front Desk Receptionist

AMI Pilates Studio is looking for a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in an international working environment. Position Details

- Position: Front Desk Receptionist (Full Time)

- Working Day: 6 days work 1 day off

- Work Location: Near Padang-Padang Beach, Uluwatu, Bali

Job Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.

- Manage class bookings, check-ins, and reservations through Momence and ClassPass.

- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about class schedules, studio services, and membership options.

- Coordinate with instructors to ensure smooth daily studio operations.

- Handle daily front desk operations and basic administrative tasks.

- Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, and organization of the reception area.

- Ensure every guest enjoys a welcoming and positive studio experience.

Requirements

- Minimum high school or vocational school graduate.

- 1–3 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role.

- Fluent in spoken and written English.

- Familiar with Momence and ClassPass systems.

- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

- Well-organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible.

- Friendly, enthusiastic, and able to work independently as well as with a team.

- Comfortable working in an international environment.

- Currently residing in Uluwatu, Pecatu, Ungasan, Jimbaran, or nearby areas.

- Available to start by the end of this month.
