As a Front Desk Receptionist at Pink Hotels, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for all guests. Your responsibilities will include greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and providing directions. You will assist in managing check-ins and check-outs, ensuring all processes are completed efficiently and accurately. Additionally, you will handle guest requests and complaints, maintaining excellent communication with both guests and colleagues. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating a friendly and professional demeanor at all times. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential, and knowledge of hotel operations would be advantageous.
