Front Desk Receptionist

Job Description: We are seeking a friendly and organized Hotel Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in making a great first impression and ensuring our guests feel welcomed from the moment they step into our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests.

Handle guest inquiries.

Process reservations made by phone, online, or in person.

Maintain clear and accurate records of guest room bookings.

Compute all guest billings, accurately post charges to guest rooms and house accounts.

Receive and process payments from guests.

Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and other amenities.

Assist in handling and resolving guest issues and complaints.

Requirements:

Proficiency in using computer systems and software such as Microsoft Office and hotel booking systems.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.

Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.

Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
