The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors, ensuring a smooth and pleasant arrival experience. Key responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests, managing front desk operations, handling phone calls and messages, maintaining accurate records, coordinating schedules, and providing information about the resort and local attractions. The role also involves supporting other departments such as the restaurant and conference areas, ensuring all guest interactions reflect the high standards of the resort. The Receptionist will play a vital role in maintaining a warm and professional environment that enhances the overall guest experience.
We are looking for a Male candidate who has completed SMA/SMK education and possesses between 1 and 3 years of relevant experience in customer service or hospitality. Strong skills in customer service, reception consultation, problem-solving, scheduling, and customer engagement are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in hotel or restaurant reception settings are highly advantageous. Candidates should be friendly, organized, and able to work well in a team while maintaining a positive and approachable demeanor.
