Deskripsi pekerjaan FRONT DESK / FRONT OFFICE FULL-TIME & PART-TIME (Bali) Baliwood Bingin
We currently have both a full-time and a part-time position available, with 8-hour shifts.
We welcome international guests and are looking for people who take pride in delivering excellent service, communicate confidently with guests, work well as part of a team and maintain high hospitality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests and ensure a warm and professional check-in, stay, and check-out experience
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests to ensure an excellent stay
- Maintain a high standard of guest service and help create memorable guest experiences
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Manage reservations through OTA platforms such as Booking.com, Airbnb, and Expedia
- Work with the hotel booking system / PMS to manage reservations and availability
- Monitor and respond to guest messages via OTA platforms, email, and WhatsApp
- Maintain knowledge of room categories, rates, promotions, and hotel services
- Maximize room occupancy and assist with upselling hotel services and facilities
- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Minimum 2 years relevant work experience
- Previous front desk or hospitality experience (hotel preferred)
- Experience working with OTA platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia)
- Experience with hotel booking systems / PMS
- Comfortable communicating with international guests in English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Service-minded with a passion for creating excellent guest experiences
- Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
- High standards, attention to detail, and strong work ethic
- Valid Indonesian ID card (KTP)

- Salary: Rp 3,500,000 – Rp 5,500,000 per month, depending on position, working hours and experience
