Role Description :
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lotte Mall Kuningan, South Jakarta for a Front Desk Coordinator. The Front Desk Coordinator will be responsible for performing receptionist duties, managing phone etiquette, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative assistance. This role requires providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk.
Qualifications :
Strong Interpersonal Skills and Phone Etiquette
Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist Duties
Experience in providing Administrative Assistance
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities efficiently
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications are a plus
