RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome guests and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and payment transactions.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Provide information about hotel facilities and services.
- Maintain accurate guest records and follow Front Office procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Male/female.
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Desk Agent in a hotel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Familiar with Hotel Property Management Systems (VHP).
- Well-groomed with a professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a guest-focused mindset.
