Job Responsibilities:
- Experience in managing On Line Travel Agent (OTA) platform such Agoda, Booking.com, Tiket.com, AirBnB and others.
- Experience with PMS software such as Bookandlink or equivalent.
- Proficient in using OTA extranets and channel managers.
- Handling guest check-in / check-out.
With Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 - 2 years experienced in the same field
- Strong leadership, organizational and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- Well groomed and professional appearance
- Ability to manage teams with a hands on and guest oriented approach.
- Knowledge of hospitality systems, SOPs, and operational standards.
- Willing to work in Uluwatu area
