- Vocational diploma or degree in hospitality or at a hospitality studies management school or anyone with a significant experience as customer service or reception position
- At least have 1 years experience as FDA or fresh graduate with majoring hospitality welcome to apply
- Good communication skills
- Languages: proficiency in English is a mandatory, both verbal and written and a third language would be an added advantages
- Having a positive attitude towards work, be self-disciplined and self-motivated, set a good working example for all subordinates
- Well-groomed and have a pleasant disposition
