The placement for this position is at SereS Springs Resort (under the same management as SenS Hotel Ubud). SereS Springs Resort & Spa Singakerta is 5-Star International Chain Hotels located in Ubud –Bali, is currently seeking highly motivated, dynamic, and professional people to be a part of our dynamic and energetic team to occupy the following positions:
SereS Springs Resort and SPA : Jl. Jukut Paku, Singakerta, Kecamatan Ubud, Kabupaten Gianyar, Bali
Front Desk Agent
Requirements:
- Male and age : 21-30 years old
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Hospitality/Tourism Management or related field
- Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Language: Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
- Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Physical: Presentable, fit, and able to stand for long periods
- Availability: Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holiday
- Preferred: able to drive and possess a valid driving license.
