Key Responsibilities
Guest Services: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, register them, assign rooms, and issue room keys.
Check-In/Check-Out: Process arrivals and departures efficiently, verify payment methods, and handle guest billing.
Reservations: Manage phone and online bookings, update room inventories, and confirm special requests or VIP arrangements.
Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve guest complaints or issues professionally.
Cross-Department Coordination: Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are clean, functional, and ready for guests.
Local Guidance: Provide information on local attractions, dining options, transportation, and nearby facilities.
