🔹 Your Key Responsibilities:

🛎️ Handle check-in and check-out processes smoothly

📞 Manage online and phone reservations efficiently

💡 Upsell additional facilities and services when appropriate

💳 Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

✔ Education: Minimum Vocational High School in Tourism or Hospitality-related fields

✔ Experience: 3 years as an FDA/GRO

✔ Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with VHP System is required

✔ Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in English & Bahasa Indonesia

✔ Attitude: Friendly, professional, and able to handle guest concerns efficiently
