Front Desk Agent - Chinese Speaking

We are now expanding our operations in Jakarta Utara, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia, and are seeking a dedicated Hotel Receptionist and Front Desk Agent who speaks Chinese to join our team.

The Hotel Receptionist and Front Desk Agent will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests upon arrival and departure, managing front desk operations, handling hotel reservations, and ensuring a high level of customer service. This role involves maintaining accurate records of guest information, processing check-ins and check-outs, and addressing any inquiries or concerns that guests may have. The individual will also be expected to coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and provide a welcoming and professional environment for all guests. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting are essential for success in this position.

Candidates must have an SMA/SMK education level and between 1 and 3 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in customer service, hotel reservations, Microsoft Office, and hotel reception is required. While previous experience in a hospitality setting is advantageous, we welcome candidates who demonstrate a strong interest in the industry and a commitment to delivering excellent service. Fluency in Chinese is a must, as this role involves interacting with a diverse range of guests.
