Key responsibilities
- Provide omnichannel support to international customers
- Resolve customer issues and deliver exceptional solutions for a seamless travel experience
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Egibility
- Minimum education D3/S1(verified by Surat Keterangan Lulus (SKL) or Ijazah).
- Proficiency in English (minimum B1 level), both written and spoken (no English certification needed)
- Prior work experience as a Customer Service Agent is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable with a rotational 24/7 shift schedule, especially night shifts to align with European and US time zones
- Availability to work 5 days per week in the office
- Based in or willing to relocate to Yogyakarta
