- Checking the departures and arrivals of the transport fleet
- Recording details of PPJK operational work on the whiteboard
- Liaising with all vendors regarding PPJK operational work
- Registering all vendors involved in PPJK operational work
- Preparing documents for the collection of delivery orders for all vendors
- Liaising on the process of preparing insurance documents for PPJK operational work
- Submitting budget expenditure requests
Qualifications :
- Minimum 1 year of experience as PPJK Staff, Customs Drafter, or Customer Service Export & Import
- Proficient in English (preffered)
- Experience handling both Import (PIB) and Export (PEB) declarations
- Hands‑on experience with CEISA 4.0 / INSW system and HS classification
- Fresh graduates with strong customs knowledge are also welcome to apply
- Minimum High School / Diploma (D3) / Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or related field is preferred
- Willing to be placed at Enggano, Tanjung Priok
- Can join immediately
