Job Listing: Freelance Video Editor — Real Estate Content, Talking Head Content
We’re looking for a freelance video editor who specialises in real estate video editing. You’ll be editing property tour videos, agent-led content, lifestyle property reels, and launch/project marketing videos for platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
Role Scope
You will be responsible for editing real estate videos based on provided footage and references. This includes pacing the video well, cutting unnecessary pauses, adding captions, choosing suitable music, colour correcting footage, and making the final video feel polished, engaging, and social-media ready. Ability to handle talking head videos are a bonus.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience editing real estate videos
- Can make property videos feel premium, clean, and engaging
- Has a good sense of music, captions, transitions, and visual flow
- Can follow references closely while still bringing creative input
- Is reliable with deadlines and revisions (5days editing timeline)
Editing software:
- Capcut
- Davinci
Job Type: Freelance / Project-based (150,000-200,000 IDR per video, based on complexity and length)
