Freelance Video/Clip QC — AI Data Mining Project
Ubiklan is looking for a detail-oriented Freelance Video/Clip QC to support our AI data mining project. In this role, you'll review and verify video clips that will be used as part of our AI dataset — making sure each clip is accurate, correctly labeled, and meets the quality standards needed for AI training/analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Review video/clip content to ensure it meets the criteria and standards required for the AI dataset.
- Check accuracy of labels, tags, or categories assigned to each clip.
- Identify and flag irrelevant, duplicate, low-quality, or mismatched clips.
- Verify video specs (resolution, duration, format) are consistent with dataset requirements.
- Cross-check clip content against provided guidelines/criteria from the data mining team.
- Document and report QC results (good or poor) with clear notes.
- Coordinate with the data/AI team regarding unclear or edge-case clips.
- Maintain data confidentiality and handle all footage/clips responsibly.
Requirements:
- Experience in video review, content moderation, data labeling/annotation, or QC will be a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and pattern recognition, able to consistently apply criteria across large volumes of clips.
- Comfortable working with structured guidelines/checklists for review work.
- Basic understanding of video formats and specs.
- Familiarity with data labeling/annotation tools or spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) for tracking QC status.
- Able to handle repetitive tasks with high accuracy and focus.
- Prior experience with AI/data projects or dataset curation is a plus.
