Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with LinkedIn, Jobstreet, and other sourcing platforms
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented and responsive
- Willing and available to work onsite (WFO) at our office in Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels
- Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
- Build and maintain candidate databases/pipelines
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Provide regular recruitment updates and reports
