Hacktiv8 is looking for a Part-time TECH Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team for a 3-month engagement. In this role, you’ll support the end-to-end hiring process, primarily for tech roles and SME (Subject Matter Expert) positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates throughout the recruitment process.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the end-to-end hiring process, primarily for tech and SME roles.
- Source and identify potential candidates through LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
- Conduct candidate screening and initial HR Calls.
- Reach out and engage with potential SME/instructor candidates.
- Maintain and update the talent pipeline and recruitment tracker.
- Coordinate interviews and recruitment stages with candidates and hiring stakeholders.
- Build and expand Hacktiv8’s SME talent pool across different expertise areas.
- Support other Talent Acquisition activities as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition, with hands-on experience in sourcing and hiring tech talent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or other related fields is preferred.
- Familiar with sourcing and screening candidates for technical positions.
- Comfortable with LinkedIn sourcing and candidate outreach.
- Strong communication and candidate engagement skills.
- Able to manage multiple hiring needs and work independently.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working with recruitment data and trackers.
Available to work Monday–Friday, 09.00–18.00 WIB.
Preferably someone who is currently available and not actively working in a full-time role.
Working Arrangement:
Duration: 3 months
Working Days: Monday–Friday (09.00–18.00 WIB)
Working Arrangement: Hybrid — 2 days WFO & 3 days WFH
Location: Pondok Indah, Jakarta Selatan
